How do I add my partner? Open Settings, choose Family & caregivers, and invite a co-parent. They can tap the link or type the code. Invites last 48 hours.

Can I bring my Nara Baby history? Yes. Export your data from Nara Baby, then import the file into Moonlet. Every child in the export comes across with their whole history.

Can I get my data out? Yes. Open a child's profile and choose Export for a CSV or PDF of their log, whether or not you have Plus.

What does Moonlet Plus add? Caregivers such as a nanny or grandparent, more than one active child, the full range of insights, and unlimited photos. One purchase covers the whole family. Logging, sync, widgets, growth charts and export are free.

How do I cancel a subscription? Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel there.

How do I delete my account? Open Settings and choose Delete account. It explains what happens to your entries before you confirm. See the privacy policy for the details.

Something isn't working. Open Settings, then Help, then Report a problem. It sends a short technical log with your description, and you can read it first.
